Sandrine

Duquesne

Half woman, half animal. Half body, half head…  Sandrine is thinking, acting.

Sometimes Sandrine forgets to talk to you... her own way of hibernating.

In the air, especially in the air, her thoughts are travelling, exploring, getting lost…

Her body assumes…  it grabs, pulls, let go, circles, releases…
Thoughts are coming back, beautiful ones, often beautiful.

Sandrine is positive… it's like that, her nature, her nature, her nature like a tree : anchored, solid, impossible to destabilize…
rain for washing, wind for hairdressing, leaves for clothing, she manages with virtually nothing.

Take care. She is ready to go.

Fixed trapeze, celtic harp, vocals

Marie-Cerise

Bayle

How passionate paying attention to the human being.

I like questioning, dissecting, finding its ramifications.

I like feeling the simple presence of men and women who drive me in the heart of their secrets,
who tell the story of humanity, whatever the shape, the time, the body - life.

Maybe still willing to justify it too much to dare enjoying it… only that.

Cloud swing, electric bass

Marie

Jolet

Why ?

Because…

Because of the rope,
because it's swinging,
because of the other mothers, other fathers,
other children,
because lots of Belgians, because of Sandrine,
because I have time,
because I take time, because I want to, because I'm afraid,
especially because we're going to eat, because creation is during the winter and we'll laugh,
because I like pink,
because I love to play music, because it may need to drive big trucks,
because it was good news when Sandrine asked me and I love good news, because I don't
know why.

Because it's like that, and that's allright.

Vocals, electric guitar, accordion

Marjolaine

Karlin

A set of musical bits and pieces in a variable geometry :
1 harp, 1 bass, 2 tubas, 1 guitar, 1 lap-steel, 1 accordion and 4 voices.

A group of girls willing to play music, amongst them Marie who does not like playing music.

Looking at them from beneath, elaborate the meeting between their swings and a melody,
the desire of being part of a circus from a long time ago, travelling in caravans, the ideal timing as on purpose,
a blank check on composing, the desire to compose something different from my songs.

They needed someone, and I need people who need me.

David

Lebouille

As a matter of fact, I grab this opportunity crossing my road.

A need and a presence for breathing, digesting, melting the richness found along my way.

Or how, through my eyes refined by photography and film research, my ear lulled by rythms and melodies,
my love of meeting with the other, at his place or elsewhere, the sweetness of selecting an herb to top a dish,
say to the world what endlessly springs, grows and affects me.
