This is the standard layout... but Vagrant benefits from a different accomodation inside !

This gives the boat un unusual load capacity and gigantic volumes,
hence making her perfectly suited for long distance passages.

HULL

The hull, made of hot galvanised steel, is primarily protected by an epoxy coat.

Measures of hull thickness demonstrate side steel plates 4 mm thick and 8 mm thick for the bottom.

3-blade propeller protected by a full cage made of heavy steel tubes

8 sacrificial anodes on hull, 4 on the rudders, 1 on propeller shaft

Aluminium mast, 2 spreaders levels, fitted with stainless steel mast steps
2 lower shrouds, 2 intermediates, 2 masthead shrouds, 1 forestay with Profurl roller furling, 1 releasable inner forestay, 1 baby stay, 1 backstay with twin extension to deck fittings

The shrouds are secured by NORSEMAN fittings at deck level and usual ACMO crimping aloft
